Another day at the office...

I'm actually a bass player and composer, but I pay my bills by working as a tech support supervisor. This is a typical day, talking on the phone to another upset customer. The best part is that I sit near a window, which looks out across the parking lot to a natural riverside park full of birds and other wildlife.
